Returns are accepted if:

• Item is returned within 7 days of purchase
• Item is in original condition (unworn, undamaged)
• Original packaging, tags, and certificate are included
• Valid proof of purchase (bill/invoice) is provided

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom-made or personalized jewellery
• Engraved items
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Items purchased during special sales (unless defective)

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to original payment method
• Processing time: 7-10 business days after inspection
• Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless item is defective)
• Making charges are refundable if item is defective

4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

• Size adjustments (free of charge within 30 days)
• Design exchange (price difference may apply)
• Gold exchange (at current market rate)
• Immediate replacement for defective items

5. Gold Exchange Policy

• Old gold jewellery exchange accepted
• Value calculated at current market rate
• Purity test will be conducted
• Exchange value adjusted against new purchase
• Cash refund not available for gold exchange

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged item:

• Inform us immediately (within 48 hours)
• Provide photos of the defect/damage
• We will provide free replacement or full refund
• Return shipping charges will be borne by us

7. Warranty

• All jewellery comes with 6 months warranty for manufacturing defects
• Lifetime free cleaning and polishing
• Free size adjustments (within 30 days)
• Warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care
